Condo associations are typically very detailed in what they will allow or not allow so if there is something in particular that you are questioning, go a head and ask. They will usually just let you know. Buying a condo does require similar issues to be done though, such as an earnest money deposit, inspections and necessary lender requirements. If you are financing a condo your lender may have special needs from you during this time and will let you know what those are when the time comes. Having an inspection on a Sedona condo is a little different than a regular house because there are certain issues you will not have worry about. Outer areas such as decks, stairs, windows, siding and landscaping are typically the condo associations responsibilities. Features inside such as inclusive plumbing issues, appliances and any leaks, damages or issues directly contained only in the condo property are usually the buyer and sellers negotiations. Your agent will also clarify which is which for your particular situation. Be sure to know that if you are going to buy a Sedona condo, there are other factors involved.
